How I Coach

What does it really look like to work with me?

Coaching is a Relationship

Coaching isn’t about me telling you what to do or handing you a checklist. It’s a collaborative relationship where we work together to uncover what’s true for you.

You bring your goals, desires, and real-life experiences.
I bring thoughtful questions, grace-filled support, and tools that help turn intention into action.

Together, we’ll explore what matters to you—not what the world says you should do, but what you truly want for your health, your faith, and your life.

My Purpose as a Coach

My goal is to help you live. Truly live with grace, energy, and life!
To walk alongside you as you move out of exhaustion, confusion, or self-doubt and into clarity, confidence, and connection with God.

I coach because I want to see life changes.
Even if it’s just one woman who feels saved, seen, and supported—that’s enough. That’s why I’m here.

What We’ll Do Together

Our time together is built around your goals and what’s realistic for your current season of life. Whether you're navigating stress, hormonal shifts, or just trying to get through the week with more peace, we'll create a sustainable approach that works for you.

We’ll work on:

  • Clarifying what’s true for you

  • Setting goals that feel achievable and life-giving

  • Identifying small, practical steps that build momentum

  • Exploring new opportunities—joining a Bible study, making new friendships, or simply building better routines

You’re in the Driver’s Seat

The coaching process is always client-centered.
That means: you’re in charge of your healing journey.

My role is to support you. To help you discover what feels aligned. To reflect back what I hear and help you move toward what you truly desire.

So whether your goals include healing your relationship with food, building healthier routines, restoring your energy, or simply finding peace—you don’t have to figure it out alone.

I’m here to help you make the path clear, achievable, and filled with grace.
